For cancellations within 24hrs of travel may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the booking.
On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised. A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee.
The minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving.

100% cancellation fee may apply if cancelled with 72 hours prior to departure.
Rottnest Express:
Zero to 24 hours (including no shows) before travel = 100% cancellation fee
24 hours to 1 week before travel = 25% cancellation fee
More than 1 week before travel = 0% cancellation fee applied by the tour operator.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
